- Custom Orders: Large-scale or custom-configured bulk orders may require additional time. You will be notified via email if your order requires extended processing.
2. Delivery Methods & Timeframes

5. Delivery Requirements
- Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and includes a contact telephone number to assist the courier.
- Receipt of Goods: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the package. If a delivery is missed, the courier will typically leave a note or contact you to arrange a second attempt.
- Inspection: Upon delivery, please take a moment to inspect your package. If the parcel appears damaged, please note this on the delivery document and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
6. Shipping Limitations
While we aim for nationwide coverage, certain remote farms or plot addresses may fall outside standard courier routes. In such instances, we may reach out to arrange collection at a nearby pickup point (such as Pargo or Pudo) to ensure your goods reach you securely.
